Dianne Farrawell
Dianne is based on the Sunshine Coast and commenced in the legal industry as an office junior in her hometown of Dalby Queensland. Dianne relocated to Brisbane to pursue a career in law and commenced her study shortly thereafter.
Dianne worked in a variety of areas before finding her place in the legal space in the Family Law in conjunction with raising her family. Dianne also had a period away from the legal space working in business mergers and acquisitions obtaining valuable business experience which she has been able to carry with her.
Dianne strives to approach each matter with a sensible, logical and down-to-earth style.
Dianne was admitted as a Solicitor in 2011, completed the Practice Management Course (PMC) in 2020 and is nearing completion of a Master of Laws (Applied Law) majoring in Family Law (LLM) (Applied Law).
In her spare time, Dianne enjoys spending time with family and friends and her much loved pug.
Solicitor
Rachael Goodlet
Rachael has been based on the Sunshine Coast. She commenced in the legal industry as a Conveyancing Assistant in a small boutique law firm in Mackay July 2021. Before moving into the family law space, Rachael worked as a paralegal in criminal law enforcement agency.
Rachael obtained a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) at the Queensland University of Technology and is due to complete the Professional Legal Training and be admitted as a solicitor. Rachael is excited about embarking on the next chapter of her legal career in family law which is a space that she has held a passion for since the beginning of her studies.
Prior to completing her Law degree, Rachael undertook study in Bachelor of Counter Terrorism, Security & Intelligence.
Rachael completed her studies while working and raising her young son.
In her spare time, Rachael enjoys spending time with family and friends while exploring the beautiful Sunshine Coast.
Legal Secretary
Kaillie Simpson
Kaillie is based on the Sunshine Coast. She has commenced her career in the legal industry as a Legal Secretary here at Farrawell Family Law.
Before moving into the Family Law space, Kaillie worked as a Digital Designer in the Health and Wellness and Fashion Industries. Kaillie holds a Bachelor of Design and Communications.
Currently, Kaillie is in her last semester of a Bachelor of Laws at the University of the Sunshine Coast. She is set to begin her Practical Legal Training in 2025, with plans to be admitted as a solicitor by mid-2025. Kaillie’s passion for Family Law has been a driving force since childhood, and she is eager to continue her professional journey in this field.
Outside of work, Kaillie is an active individual who enjoys exercising and spending time with Family and Friends. Kaillie is also a passionate sports fan often attending AFL and NRL games.
